...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...East central Ohio, including: Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble Counties, in Pennsylvania, including: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Washington and Westmoreland Counties, and in West Virginia, including: Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, and Wetzel Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and isolated storms capable of heavy rain could lead to flash flooding in areas where ground is already very wet from prior days of rainfall.
